Healing that Goes Deep

Intensive Trauma Therapy Retreats with Dr. Bambi Rattner

Discover how focused, multi-day trauma therapy intensives can help you experience profound healing and relief — in days, not years.

Dr. Bambi Rattner specializes exclusively in intensive trauma therapy, blending EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients process and release trauma at its root.

Clients often describe feeling “lighter” — as if long-held burdens have finally lifted. Intensive therapy offers both relief and renewal, helping clients reclaim the sense of peace, self-trust, and vitality that trauma once obscured.

My Story

Dr. Rattner’s lifelong passion for psychology began early. After years of traditional therapy work, she sought a more effective and compassionate way to help clients heal deeply and efficiently. Through her fellowship in EMDR, she discovered intensive trauma therapy — a model that changed everything. For over a decade, she has practiced intensives exclusively, developing her own integrative, attachment-focused approach.

The goal is not to eliminate parts of ourselves but to restore harmony between them.
